Terms and Conditions of Contract

1. The Contract

A contract shall be deemed to have been made between Simply Bows and Chair Covers and the booking client ("the Client") when the client has confirmed requirements and paid their deposit.  Confirmation may be deemed to have been made by email or letter, written order form or telephone subject to Simply Bows and Chair Covers accepting such a booking - an invoice being proof of such acceptance.


2. Payment and cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, our payments and cancellations policy applies as below:

Payments:50% of the order cost is payable as deposit upon confirmation of the event.  

The balance 50% is payable 21 days prior to the event

Cancellations:Within 21 days of the scheduled event date the 50% balance is payable

All deposits are non refundable.  


3. Consequences of Failure to Pay

3.1 If payment is not made within the time limits in clause 3 above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Simply Bows and Chair Covers to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the booking and equipment without informing the client.

3.2 In the event of Simply Bows and Chair Covers treating the contracts as at an end under clause 4.1 Simply Bows and Chair Covers shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the cost/price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Simply Bows and Chair Covers. This is without prejudice to Simply Bows and Chair Covers' rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Simply Bows and Chair Covers.


4. Cancellation or Variations by the Client

4.1 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by email or letter with proof of delivery to Simply Bows and Chair Covers at the address above.

4.2 Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by email or letter sent with proof of delivery to Simply Bows and Chair Covers at the above address and is only effective if accepted in writing by Simply Bows and Chair Covers.


5. Damaged Linen

Damaged Linen or Chiavari Chairs, will remain the property of Simply Bows and Chair Covers and a replacement charge will be invoiced to you the client for any product that is returned to us damaged.


6. Hire Charge

The hire shall be deemed to continue until the goods are made available to Simply Bows and Chair Covers or returned back to their possession.  If applicable the hirer will be charged a daily rate for each day the chairs are unavailable for collection or are not returned to us.


7. Confirmation 

Paying your Deposit is Confirmation that you agree to our terms of business on our website.
