'Moroccan' themed wedding

It was back in October 2010 at the Wynyard Hall Wedding Fayre when I first met Michelle Proctor and she fell in love with SImply Bows and Chair Covers Gold Pin Tuck Taffeta Hoods which can be seen in Burgundy in the picture below.

Michelle went ahead and booked with Simply Bows and Chair Covers and appointed the fabulous Adam Prest for her flowers.

We all met a few times to discuss how we were going to create the 'Moroccan' theme. Michelle had some fantastic ideas. She wanted the room to look colourful but also to create a majestic ambiance.

Fuschia Pink Slips were made to create colour as well as Pink Sashes tied with rich purple for the chairs. 

Jewels were used to embellish the napkins.

To create the ambiance, Adam did two different table arrangements to alternate throughout the room. By using large Candleabra's to give height to the tables as Wynyard Hall's ceilings are very high. Adam alternated these with Gold Lanterns and Candles which created lovely mood lighting.

My personal favourite was the Top Table. Michelle had purchased a 18ft embellished fuschia Sari which was used to cover the Top Table, this was the icing on the cake.

The whole room looked magical!
